I used Rancho before on my Jeep and they have free shipping right now. I thought I was buying the spacer kit but it turned out to be new springs for $144.
Take a look a the angle of your track bar and the drag link coming off your pitman arm. Those two should be parallel. If not, you want to get a bracket other wise it will cause a slight binding through the suspension cycle.
It won't be anything major and maybe not even anything you'll notice. The other reason is, the more angle that the those two components have, the more it increases your turning radius and also gives more side to side movement of your axle.
I don't think it is absolutely necessary, but a good idea. I put 2" coil spacers on my 06 with snow plow prep springs (basically a 3.5" lift) and everything worked fine, but the axle is shifted slightly to the driver's side, maybe 1/2" to 1".

Did you truck come out level? I have an F350 4x4 and do not have the snow plow springs. I think my truck still sits low in the front end. Was considering replacing the springs with the longer springs to see if it will come up level. Just curious.
Didn't lift it yet. I"m shooting for Friday. Thinking about what bandaman said and I'm going to stop by 4wheel parts this week and check out the track bar kit.

yep, I think it looks pretty good. I think it ended up about 3/4"-1" high in the rear (measured to top of wheelwell) looks good and still is not nose high with a quad in the back or a light trailer on the hitch, check my gallery for pics. i'll try to add a better side profile when I can get to it.
