RedBoat... 1st, my truck is a 4x4 with 60k miles.(OEM shocks) As for my dissatisfaction I don’t have a good answer to your question other than my ride and handling is not noticeably better then the OEM equipment!! The recommendations form this site was the final word for my purchase, I don’t feel I have ever been sent in the wrong direction from the input of FTE members, I just say save your money… I may have been more satisfied with Rancho or Edelbrock’s equipment, they are all in the same price range. I have Bilsteins on the Wife’s MazdaSpeed (OEM) and Koni’s (Aftermarket) on her Cobra; I’m not dissatisfied in those applications. Monroe, Gabriel or OEM would not be worse then the Bilsteins IMO… Jeff in NM...OUT

Do Not get edelbrocks. You will be changing them very soon afterwards. They never last that long.
