have the battery tested. sounds like its not holding a charge too well. most auto parts stores do it for free. a quick test is only a couple of minutes, and a full load-hold test requires about an hour or so.
heck no guys, spins like a top. and as it is not flooded when it starts, I think it is not getting fuel when cold. What sensor controls that operation?

I have an 87 f150 and i had the exact problem you speak of and the only thing we replaced was the starter, starts every turn, and i live in CT some cold weather to start a truck on one try. Give it a shot let us know.
