Here's what my book says:

41 - HEGO (HO2) sensor voltage low / system lean

71 - (This is a constant code not an KOEO) Idle tracking switch closed on pre-position

72 - MAP, MAF or BP sensor out of range during Dynamic Responce Test

73 - Insufficient Throttle Position change durring Dynamic Response Test

Looks like when you were supposed to pin the throttle to WOT you didn't go far enough. I'd run the test again before you start digging into anything.

As noted, KOER72 and KOER 73 are almost always operator error. KOER 41 (especially in the absence of a memory (CM) 41) could also be from not preheating the O2 sensor immediately prior to the KOER test. As noted, review KOER test protocol and repeat test before doing anything else.
