Need Some Help with efI COnversion

Ok heres the story i have a 1993 Ford flareside 302 5speed. I am under the procces of converting it to a mustang speed density wire harness. But There are 2 promblems i'am concerned with

1 how dose the ecm get turned on? When i turn the key how dose it know to go in to run mood per say.

2 Is this engine goign to run right with the speed density, is the cam going to be compatible with the engine ?

I mean will the cam be conpatible with the computer

The key 'on' should close some relays, one of which powers the ECM.

If you have a cam, you are better off with a Mass Air, than a speed density.

In any case you need to tune the computer to the motor. You will have to take it to a shop or buy a DIY tuner.

Hey thanks for all the reaplys, but i have changed my strategy a little bit, i got a mass air sensor and a mass air ecm from ebay , and i'am no longer using the mustang harness.
