i guess i was in a "bigger is better" moment? i can't help myself sometimes, i was using a step drill and there were still more steps so i kept on stepping. at that time i had an intake on with a crossover passage and not blocked. feel free to adjust the size and number of the holes to your needs. the chunks of manifold carbon i've seen would not fit through the holes i made, by the time they fall off they're HUGE. as stated ealier, i think maybe the whole deal is un-necessary anyway, especially for my future plans. it's possible that the oil companies have cured the problem with newer additives, we may never see a chunky valley again?
