I am not trying to say your hids are not real. I have no doubt in my mind that they are true HIDs. I was questioning the ability of the stock housings to handle 4x the light output. The only oem HIDs that aren't projectors are Escalades and old Acuras.

how would it not be able to "handle" the light output? no comprende...lol...mine seem to handle it just fine. oh, i dont mean to sound angry, just expressing my opinion, and you know how that goes. but when someone says things without seeing for themselves, it does bother me a little. if you saw mine for yourself, i am sure you would change your opinion too.
