No Dash Lights

No Dash Lights
I started my '96 EB Explorer 2 nights ago and my instrument panel no longer lights up. All of the warning lights still work and the temperature screen still works and the info center screen still works. The dimmer switch still dims the temperature display and the overhead console. So there are no lights to light up the gauges, 4x4 switch, rear wiper dial, fog light switch, head light switch or the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel. I checked all the fuses in the car and the ones under the hood.
Any help on what the problem might be would be greatly appreciated.
