98 Explorer 4.0 4x4 Problem

98 Explorer 4.0 4x4 Problem
I have had my explorer in 3 times to my local dealer they have replaced two timming chain tensioners both intake manifold gaskets and the IAC. This was all for a bad idel. I also told them that it had a bad vibration when in drive and then it got worse now its there all the time. They have yet to be able to find it they however told me that it was not in the engine. I have called them again today and they are looking at next wekk at no charge. Does anyone have any idea of what this could be. Please I am running out of time and money.
