I Second That, Had my tint installed in the summer and when hunting season came in the fall it was very hard to see to back up the two track to leave after the evening hunt,
I had to install a set of backup light to see to back up. .
They list Indiana's legal limit as 30%, but every cop I have talked to say there is no legal limit. It's at the officer's discression on what's too dark. So I'd definately recommend talking with a few cops on the matter. As far as DIY, I'd have a professional do it. I'm going to be getting mine done soon at 5% and it'll cost me about $200 or so.
