Most people I know with 4x4 get around 14-15 mixed city/highway. A little better on the longer hauls. It varies a bit cuz some drive pretty easy and others like a bat outta hell.
I have a 4x4 with 6spd and I keep try to keep it around 2k rpm or under, unless I am getting on the interstate where I have to go from 30mph to 75mph really quick or I will get ran off the road Stupid cloverleaf on/off ramps.
Anyway! I get around 18+ city/highway combo on 75hp setting on my chip with my foot into it sometimes, just for Fun
19.5 MPG and that is nursing the throttle under 2000RPM. Thats with the Predator on 60 HP econo/tow. I heard to use 24 onces of the grey bottle twice a year for injector cleaning and use 24 onces of the white bottle every fill-up. Seems to work for me.
I have a 99 F250 Crew Cab, with 105,000 miles, Automatic and 3.73 gears. I get 15.3 mpg at 2K. I use to get 17.3 until I had it in the shop a couple years ago and they replaced the sending unit in the tank.
What gears are you guys running that are getting 19 and 20 mpg?
