i know in most towns here in oklahoma, if you are within so many yards of a public road, you can get a reckless endangerment ticket if your doing donuts, burnouts etc....ive asked several officers about burnouts on private property and they said if its far enough away from any public road they cant do anything, but if its too close you could lose control and possibly drive out on the street and hurt someone, that rule especially applies to under experienced teens that THINK they have full control of what they are doing...
