I just pick up a 93 f-150 and it has a after market raido... well I changed the battery in the truck and now the raido will not work.. It ask for a code.. I don't have any kind of paper work from this raido.. Can anyone help! It's a Kenwood

You need to see if you can get in touch with whoever owned the truck before you. It's a security code that that person probably programmed into the vehicle.
think it might be just as easy to go to best buy and get a new one!
I can tell that you are excited at the possibility of getting a new head unit and if the situation were reversed I would just go ahead and get a new one instead of chasing my tail around. My dad had a Pontiac that someone put a code in and it was more trouble than it was worth to find it and in the end thats what we ended up doing. You can try a Kenwood dealer or a shop but dont expect too much.
