Being its a 89 you probably have a TBI (throttle Body Injection) 385 series 460 Cubic Inche's... I dont think Rail Type Injection came into play on Motorhomes until 90 or 91..
Mine is Mopar powered 440 wedge and is Naturally asperated (carb) and they didnt come out with the TBI until 86 on my Model....JMO..

I didn't mean to poke fun at you. I was ribbing rusty and just injecting a little humor on the forum. Your confusion about FE and FI was totally understandable. It's great that someone can come here and get their questions answered. I'll be quite about my johnson rod - as long as Scouder is quite about his blinker fluid and muffler bearings.
