Heater Hose routing
I replaced the heater hoses on my 1983 Ford F150 (300 I-6 engine). I'm not sure if I replaced them correctly. The hoses coming from the heater core are side by side (one on the left, one on the right). One goes to the water pump and one goes to a fitting coming from the thermostat housing.
Which goes where? Coming from the heater core, left goes to ???? Right goes to ???? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The heater core bib closest to the engine is the input and the hose on that bib should go to the thermostat housing. The bib farthest from the engine is the heater core output and its hose should go to the water pump.
