Heater power is supplied by ignition switch "Run" terminal # A2 to fuse block via Gray/yel wire. This provides fuse # 9 (30 A.) to Heat and A/C Function Selector Switch (Brown/white) as well as fuse #5 (15 A.) to Turn/Stop/Hazard lights. From Selector switch to one wire (Orange)of motor via Brown/Orange. From other motor wire (Black)to Blower Resistors and Blower Switch via Orange/Black. Blower should run in "High" even if resistors are bad assuming Blower speed switch and its ground are ok.

I have no power at switch, when I pull connector off back of switch and check with test light , nothing on any of the connectors. the wires from the switch run to the blower motor, and I see no wires going to switch from fuse panel???

If you don't have A/C (i.e. Heater only) then the path is as follows: Brown/Orange wire from Fuse #9 (30 A) to one side of Blower motor. From other side of Blower motor Orange/Black to Blower Switch Terminal 1 and to Blower Resistors. From Blower Switch term #2, Black to ground. If you have power on the Brown/Orange wire at motor, disconnect the Orange/Black wire(s) at Blower Motor and temporarily ground that Blower Motor terminal. If the Motor is good it should run on high speed. If you send me your email address I will scan my manual page and send it to you.
