Though I prefer using a propane torch to the soldering iron. I'm not a patient person.

Gotten me in my share of problems too.

You might get our mod Ken00 to sticky it if you can find the actual bulb number and preferebly do a small write up in it's own post on pulling the panel, getting to the bulb, replacing it, soldering if necessary, and putting it all back together.

Glad it's all fixed! I'm out for tonight.

The AB system is something you dont want to take chances with, just replace the switch. I agree it probably can be fixed by soldering a new bulb in, but at what risk? Its a $70 switch, not a $700 switch.
