Question c80e-d 4v heads

does anyone know if these heads are high performance for the 289/302 1969 era? if so what h/p of motor would they came on i was told that they are left over 289 hipo heads used on early 302 that the 4v meant 4 barrel carb?

they are 289 heads, 63cc chamber.

4V does indeed mean 4-barrel carb. The difference between to 2V and 4V heads was a smaller chamber on the 4V for more compression. The Hi-Po was only built from '64 to '67 so I don't think these are actual Hi-Po heads but there doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there on them. They used the smaller 289 1.67 intake valve size as opposed to the 289 Hi Po and 302's 1.78.
