Wondering if late 90's Explorers have the following:
1. Glove box light
2. Underhood light
The Ranger's don't, and I'm wondering if I can just grab them at a junkyard and install them myself. Since the Ex has a similar interior/front end, that would be the best donor vehicle, I would think.
Thanks for the replies and suggestions. Vic, doubling up on the underhood lights is a great idea.
It seems that Ford likes to confuse the Explorer owners as much as they do the Ranger owners. By that I mean, you never know which years get which lights. Like the cruise control buttons, for example. Some cruise buttons get lit on the Ranger, some years they don't. It's still anybody's guess which gets what, and has nothing to do with how old or new the truck is. And most times, only half the cruise button lights are operational anyways!
