OldStyle no problem, I should have snapped a picture of mine before I installed it because they are quite different in looks. I guess different after market company's make different styles. Let me know if that works. Mine worked like a charm.
Had a nightmare 3 weeks ago and my dash wiring harness caught fire, thank God I got it out before the whole truck went up and dummy me should have disconnected the battery but under the circumstances that thought never crossed my mind. 3 weeks into building a new harness and just finished it tonight. Horn doesn't work but I will figure that out.
Here is the picture of the cam I put in and it is made by Dorman

Handy to know that they make those, sometimes the ears break off. Mine had bad contacts in it. You had to have the blinker just right to have both break lights, otherwise only the right would work..... netted me two DUI's before i found it, and that was an accident.
So I finally got the switch from LMC today and installed it but still no luck. Anyone have any other ideas on what might be the problem?
I've checked the fuse already, so could it be not working from a bad wire?
Patrick, are you talking about the cam switch you got new? When I replaced my I took some 240 grit sandpaper and lightly sanded all the rectangular copper leads and also turned the thing upside down and sanded the round metal were it fits around the shaft just to make sure I had a good ground.
I would probe the wires on both sides of the plug with a test light and check your signals if I remember right the wiring from the firewall up to the one end of the connector the wiring code is:
white/blue - RT front turn signal
green/white - LT front turn signal
yellow/black - LT rear turn signal
green - RT rear turn signal - maybe on this one, can't remember??
white/red - Hazard Flasher
blue - Turn Signal Flasher
If you have nothing with the test light, diffidently is a ground problem.
Check the rag joint and see if it is broken, if it is you will have to either run a new ground wire or take a smaller wire and sand the bolt holes on the joint and run the jumper from front to back like this.
