Ahh...mine did. I normally have to run the nut down to flush on the stud to keep from deforming it, then just hammer them out.

I've never been in there to know, but if they are like other tire studs, they must be pressed out with a hydraulic press.
Suggest a machine shop if you don't have a press. Maybe even just buying new studs as well. They are not that expensive.
