Help p0316 code

I have a 2002 F150 4.6 Truck was bucking when i tried to maintain speed . Did A code check came up with A mis fire in #8 cyl. changed spark plug and coil. Truck is running fine now ,But also during scan the code p0316 came up and is not documented. does anyone know what this code is ? (Auto zone thinks this is a dealer specific code?)

Its is a code for engine missfire noted on the first 1000 rpm on start up. How long did you run with the bad coil and plug? Have auto Parts place do a code clear, then re check for codes. You will have a p1000 code, dont worry it will clear on its own after you drive a little. Hope this helps. Good luck.
