P0306/p0316 code

P0306/p0316 code
Having problems with my 2002 f150 4.6l. It's is running rough at low rpm and throwing p0306/0316 codes. I have replaced the spark plug,cop, and the fuel injector. Still misses and throws the codes. Any ideas where to start? Thanks

P0316 says misfire occurring in first 1000 engine revolutions so along with the rough idle I'm strongly suspecting the wiring harness connector leading into the COP.
The locking tab can and does break which can/does result in such conditions. Double check and replace with NAPA EC259 or Motor Craft if this is the cause.
Testing requires only starting the engine in Park the pushing the wiring harness connector firming into the COP noticing if it smooths out or not. If so then its the connector.
