A/C Compressor squeak

A/C Compressor squeak
As the title states. I'm not sure if its the clutch or if its comeing from inside the compressor itself.
this is on my '93 F-150. It doesn't squeak at idle. only while driving, an the past couple of days it's gotten considerably worse.
Is there something I can put into the system? Or do I have to replace the compressor all together
