rare 78 sunvisor?

rare 78 sunvisor?
I got a 78 bronco and it has a lighted vanity mirror in the visor. This is the first one that I have seen, and am wondering if they put alot of these in the earlier bronco/fullsize trucks? Thanks guys.

I've owned a 77 pick-up and a 78 and 79 Bronco. Plus every member of the family has been in a ford truck since well before I was born (less than 40 years ago 
). I don't remember ever seeing a lighted vanity mirror in that vintage. Might want to hold on to that one.

I have never seen lighted vanity other than on ebay, and I thought that was a special made thing.
As far as quad shocks up front, I think that was the most popular option to put on these Broncos(78,79, even though I see alot of 80-96s with quads too.)
