There was an article in, I think in 4-wheeler this month. They did a soft top on a K-5. The company made waterproof soft tops for Broncos too. I think I have the copy at work and will post the info.

Alright guy's, I get 3 off road mag's. Peterson's 4 wheel drive, Four Wheeler, and Off Road Mag. I know it is not in Off Road. So if you go too the others web sites or go to a local book store and look for them, it might have it. I just saw it about 3 weeks ago. I am still looking for the copy though.

The article Al is talking about is in the Petersen's 4Wheel & Off-road, May07(volume30,number5) on page 90. The company in the article is called Specialty Top Company (303-487-9939) website Specialtytopco.com
Hope this helps you guys out. I finally had the time to dig through all my mags.

There is a company up here called agricover. They are the makers off access roll up covers. They also do alot of custom applications. I could talk to them and see what kind of group rate we could get. I could get ahold of them sometime next week and see what they could do.

Not a problem. I've been wanting to have them make one for myself but hell, the more guys/gals that want one the cheaper they get. That would benefit all of us.

So I'll get back to you once I talk to them.

Hello everyone. New to this site, but wanted to say that I'm definitely interested in a soft top for my '94 four door bronco. I've searched everywhere and haven't had any luck finding one so far. I would like to find one that just bolts up to the existing holes and has a complete frame for it. Please let me know what a group price would be as well. I would prefer mine be white though..... Thanks....

They say they can do it and want me to bring the bronco in for some measurments. So once they do that they can give me a price. The base price would be the same for the basic colors, not sure what they are but I assume white and black for sure.

I talked to them about the two styles. The fastback/tonnaue? style would be the easiest and cheapest and use button snap to snap it on. They told me that to do the other style I would need to come up with my own support/bracket system and they can make a cover for it.

And as far as windows they can do clear or black tinted ones.

So the next step is to talk to a buddy of mine that does fab work to see if he would want to tackle the job. We will see what happens. I hope to take the Bronco to agricover next week. I cant this week cause I am waiting for my new Radiator and water pump.

Updates soon.

I found a website that had scanned pages from the installation manual for skyler's full soft top. It had very good drawings of the hardware for the frame network. I think the hardest part will be trying to fab the section around the top of the cab and the curves in the corners. The snap system is ok, but you have to drill ALOT of holes and I'm not sure I want to do that.... The fast back tonneau look is very clean though. If there was a framework that could be bolted down, then extra wide velcro could be used to hold down a tonneau cover. That's how the skyler top was installed and it worked well. I used to have one a few years ago. I will see if I can find the website where the pics were posted.... Actually, I found it already.... www.supermotors.net/vehicles/registry/6231/20337 Hope this helps....
