Oil leak, help

I have 1979 300 6cy that is leaking oil on the bottom to the oil pan under the timming cover. I have replaced the oil pan gasket and put a sleeve on the dampner or harmonic balancer and it leaks worse than before, I thinking of putting on new timming gaskets. Where can the oil be comming from, I dont' believe its the oil pan gasket, even though thats were the oil is seen.

the bottom of the timing cover also uses the erl pan gasket to seal.

did u use any RTV on the bottom to help seal it up? and is it in evenly?
