My 6.4 just left me broke down in the middle of nowhere with a bad CPS and a huge tow bill. Sort of bringing back memories of my 7.3.

(Hey i just got my CA. spec 6.4 122HP 292lb. torque. What kind of exhaust mods or chips can i put in this truck. Should i cut the 4 cat. converters off, or should i just go for the new banks 6 gun bundle? I wish i could just get it up to the stock hp and tq ratings of the out of state trucks.)

I would suggest that you disconnect the 8 EGR valves. Are you running lemon cented soy oil? I've heard the extra virgin olive oil will clear them pipes right out. When all else fails cross the state line and get some 'boot leg' real diesel.

here is my setup, it adds great fuel mileage. i took off the exhaust system after the soot filter, and then ran a 3'' hose under the truck, and put the other end in my bed. in my bed, i have contraption that condenses the smoke that the engine produces, and it turns it right back into #2 fuel!, then, once the 1000 gallon tank fills after about 40 miles of driving, i just pour some slowly into the airbox, and it just eats that stuff right up. i couldnt believe it, i now can actually make fuel instead of using it! sometimes, i like to just dump the fuel on cars that drive too close behind me
