300 vs 302

300 vs 302
have a 81 step side,with a 300 auto (c4) ,runs great,have a 302 out of a 91 mustang,should I swap out or build the 6 , let me know what you guys think, The only thing to change is the towers,right ??

the flex plate wont. but you didnt answer my question.
the 300 will last longer and produces better low end torque. it also gets better mpg.
the 302 really is best left in a car. its hi reving nature is best suited there. but for a truck isnt necessary or needed.
