Do you want it to crank and not start? Or not crank either?
If you want it not to crank, then you can interrupt the red/lightblue wire. You will find this wire out at the starter relay on the passenger side fender, and you will also find it on the clutch pedal if you have a manual tranny, or on the driver's side part of the tranny for an automatic.
If you want it to crank but not start, you can interrupt the tan/lightgreen wire going to the fuel pump relay. You should have a bank of relays under the hood, and one of them is the fuel pump relay. The computer uses the tan/lightgreen to fire up the fuel pump.
