Smile motor mounts 302/351w same?

Is there a differance in motor mount location and type of motor mount you would on a 302 verses 351w? Installing a 302 and replacing a 351w I know alot of parts interchange but do they use the same motor mounts in the same location?

Yes, there's no difference. A 351W will bolt straight in where a 302 came out of. About the only problem you might encounter would be on the exhaust sytem. The 351W Has about an inch more deck height which will raise your manifolds or headers a little higher in the chassis, and further apart. Usually there is enough play in the exhaust sytem to adjust for the difference.
