A 351W has a one inch taller deck height than a 302 so everything will be off by that much, more or less.
The easiest solution is to find a single donor and score all the accessories/accessory brackets from it. The components are also referred to as the "front engine dress".
... and don't forget to note what exactly what make, model, year, VIN, etc. you take it off of or you'll be "that guy" if ya ever sell the vehicle.
