Plugged Injectors Cleaned?

I have two injectors that got plugged after my o-rings in the fuel rail fell apart. Is there any way to clean these out?

In the truck or laying on a bench? With the nozzle holes being roughly .007" it would be pretty difficult to clean them manually, but the near 21,000 psi nozzle pressure does a pretty good job of self cleaning.

I have already removed the injectors and have them on the bench. I replaced them but if i can clean them i could have a few spares. I can try to blow them out. thansk
