problem clickin on links

problem clickin on links
my computer wont let me do anything through links in things like email or any posts on the forums. when i try to do it, the thing just beeps at me. it was workin earlier today but now i cant figure out whats wrong. any help is greatly appreicated!

Try: Go to Tools->Internet Option->Programs -> Click : Reset Web Setting
If that doesn't do it, need to know what OS and IE versions you are running before suggesting anything else. Good luck !
