I bought this Energy Suspension kit and it eliminated a huge amount of bumps and rattles.
no regrets at all.
the steering wheel is now tight, and smooth.
no surprises.

 

After 20 years mine needed them. Body mounts, spring bushings, bump stops, steering links, shocks, pretty much everything that was rubber and could rot got changed. Rides like it was new again.

My Ex has always ridden better than the F-250. Softer spring rates and more weight will do that.
