Vibrations at > 45MPH

I have an 88 F250 Diesel 4WD. I have recently noticed a vibration in the truck when I am going faster than 45 MPH. More noticable at 55MPH. I only notice this when I am accelerating. When I let off the accelerator, the vibration goes away. When I feel the vibration, I also hear a low-tone rumbling. Anyone have any idea what that might be?

Vibrations at > 45MPH

Check all of your ujoints, you will find that you have a bad one.

The other item might be a bad pinon bearing.
