Vibration

When I bought the truck it had some crap tires on it and the deal was that they had to put tires on it for me. I just picked it up and notice that I have a vibration at 40mph it then goes away by 45 then it comes back at 60 then gone by 65. The vibration feels like it is come from the rear. Any suggestions?

if it has new tires, make them recheck the balancing done on them.
that would be the place to start. especially if it did not vibrate before the new tires were put on.

I am not sure what tire shop they went to but I live real close to a les Schwabs that I can take it to. I am hoping that is all it is. I was not sure if that was leading to a failure if something else

It is a long wheel base truck? I had the same issue with my crew cab long bed and found out it was the carrier bearing that needed to be shimmed down some.

Wondered, has anyone checked the rear trans mount? They go bad and you're gonna have that vibration between 45 and 65mph, and chase that vibe around fro quite some time. Throwing cash after parts without any real answers. Try a trans mount, cheap, easy fix that no one's mentioned ye
