I am trying to take the windshield wiper motor off but I cannot get the cowl off so I can get to the back of the motor. I already took off the mounting screws off of it and the wiper motor. The cowl seems to be stuck under the antenna. I cannot seem to get to the bottom of the antenna to get it loose. Getting frustrated.. Help!

you screw the antenna off then the bottom of the antenna just take a screw driver and pop off the outer peice then their should be 2 screws holding the bottom peice on.
As a suggestion, Check your wiper arm pivots for loosness, damage, and wear. It would be much simpler to replace worn out pivots and linkage now than do it when they will fail soon anyway.
any bronco or F-series truck uses simular wiper arm pivots and motor linkage from 1980 to 1996 and some 1997 F-250 up and some 1998 and 1999 F-500 up. the pivots may have three screws or just two, but they are interchangeable.
Thanks for the help. It was a booger. Biggest problem I had was with the antennae. I did not realize I had to take it off. I guess I thought there would be enough slack. When I popped the chrome cap off the top, it had 4 Phillips screws hidden under it. The other stumbling block was the clip holding the wiper arms behind the motor. I had to take the cowl completely off to get to the clip. I could not see the clip very well and had to feel my way to get it off. The AutoZone website had a good graphic that showed the clip and how it was attached but I still had to figure it out. I had to pull the top back and slide the clip backwards to get it off (using my left hand only).
I got the wiper motor from AutoZone tonight for 48.00. Tomorrow morning I get to put everything back together.
