removing the cowl

Im trying to replace my windshield wiper motor but i can't get the cowl off to do it does any one know how on a 78 F100?

Huh? Remove the cowl? The cowl is a welded balloon assembly.

The wiper motor mounts under/behind the dash - directly behind the radio on the inside firewall.
