My wipers will only work on certain settings. They work fast and slow, but not on all the delay settings, just two of them. Is there a relay or something that has gone bad?
I have a similar issue with mine ... sometimes when I change the setting, I hear a lot of relay clicking. I kindof suspect that it's the switch, but since it's mid-June in California, I probably won't worry about it for a few months
Hey! Me too! I also have to play around with the whole wiper stalk to get the windshield washer to work, and when I'm doing that, I can hear a relay on the passenger side go through a bunch of clicks. I just haven't gotten around to tearing into it yet, but I'd bet the whole stalk needs to be replaced, or some contacts inside the steering column need to be cleaned up.

Theres a good chance you just need to clean the contacts in the switch.
Pop the cap off the end of the turn signal, disassemble the wiper switch, and clean it. If cleaning it doesn't help, replace the WCM. A bad motor CAN'T cause those symptoms, so I'm sure it's not in the motor.
