Windshield wiper issue.

I replaced my "smart stick" a while back. Everything worked fine until just recently and noticed the delayed wiper option was not working properly. If I'm in the delay mode the wipers are always on the constant low setting. If I place the wipers on high they will operate on high. No matter which delay mode they are set too, the wipers will always be on constant low. Is their a resistor pack or something that needs replaced?

I also noticed when I activate my windshield wiper fluid the wipers continue operating and never shut off until I turn the vehicle off.

Sounds like it could be the wiper control module. When mine went bad, the wipers would never shut off. I had to unplug the wiper motor when it stopped raining..

It is in the upper right hand corner behind the glove box. It is mislabled as "airbag" in this picture..
