I have my truck sitting out on the street draining/dripping oil for a while because I drove over to Windsor, Ontario and got it undercoated with mostly oil. Chemicals are part of it and whatever it is it works and it drips, for years! Our 1994 Ford 15 passenger has NO rust and others show cargo doors rotting at the bottoms. They get into all the body panels and spray a bunch of this chemical in oil mix and then it penetrates and drains and when it comes out of the door bottoms, it goes onto the factory-installed steps. Looks like I will have to constantly clean them to keep the oil out of the cab and off the carpet.. So there I am out front and I started her up and my neighbor popped a funny smile......... This truck's "noise" is embarassing!!!!! Capt Charlie, They make enough "noise" but they make no MUSIC!!!!!!!! No rumble! Not throaty, raspy, rumbley music to our old ears!!!
I put a single 40 series Flowmaster on mine once and it sounded good at idle and low speeds but as rpms increased it sounded restricted like...pfffffffttttt.Sorta like a big air leak. In the trash went the new Flowmaster.
