If its important, just check carfax. You can check and see if the normal wear matches miles. If you have an undercarriage that is very rusty and greasy, an odometer reading of 20k would be unbelievable.

Is a 1990 Mustang vert, the odometer reeds 59700 miles, the guy says is original, well everything looks original.
The car is in mint condition, no greasy undercarriage or rust.
The car fax report says that the car had 137491 miles in 1993 (hard to belive)then in '96 25762 miles

'05 59700 in all this time the car had 2 `owners.
What do you guys think?

Does the odometer show tenths?
Odd...with only two owners I would expect only 2 mileage statements to show up UNLESS the car had been wrecked and reported.
