Ditto, all your going to do is make a bunch of lawyers a little bit richer. The warranty is clear enough, this isn't the first time Ford has dealt with an issue like this. Realistically, where do you believe you deserve an 05 engine, at best I'm sure they'd be able to dig up a new 03, before giving you a new 05.
