2000 expy power window question

2000 expy power window question
Friday power window on driver side worked fine , left work and would not roll down. Saturday morning , and all day it worked fine ,did nothing to it . sunday morning it was fine ,but sunday afternoon it would not roll down again. Could this be a relay , motor or what all other windows work fine . Thanks for your help
