Yes, but check the convertor neck for wear or grooves. If low miles change the seal in the pump body to prevent possible leak later. High miles the bushing might also be worn, replace. It's a bear to pull these transmissions the second time. A trans jack makes life easier. You can get a cheapo like Sunnex tools around $160 that are decent in quality.
