Just like the title says. It's not coming from the top lines, it appears to be dripping off the pitman arm. Is there any way to put some new seals in this box or am i just looking at getting a new one. and by new i mean junkyard of course.
If all of the work sounds like too much work go buy some Lucas Auto Trans Stop Leak, that won't stop it completely but will slow it down bunches.
If the pitman seal is leaking there are two major reasons, one the seal is dried out and hard, or two the box is getting close to being wore out.
I did exactly as I have shared with you and got by for three years, finally changed the gear box. I paid $167.00 for a rebuilt box from Car Quest.
