quick release tool box kits

Has anyone tried out the truckwerx quick release tool box set up? I am thinking of getting one of these with a new tool box, just wondering if they work well.

looks like it would work great BUT you would always have to remember to keep your tool box locked or someone else could quik release it into there truck

Ha! Yeah, I'd keep it locked! It'd be nice to be able to remove it quickly, in case I haul anything that need the room. I just want to make sure these things would hold it down securely!
