cab & front end swap??

cab & front end swap??
I rolled my 97 f150 xcab (3 dr) this weekend. How hard is it to replace the cab and front end? Is the front end bolted or welded to the frame? Any advice to make this go easier would be appreciated. Thanks.

The entire nose is a bolt-on, including the radiator support and the header panel. Hood, fenders, inner fender liners, that's all obviously a bolt-on.
The cab itself is held on with four, or six bolts, depending of it's a regular, extended, or crewcab.
