Well, finally decided to climb up under the truck, actually finally found the time. Go to check the starter, and it's just like, sitting there. It had sheared off at the bottom bolt. The real quick question is, shouldn't there be a bolt on the top, as well as the bottom? There was no bolt on top, however there is a place for a bolt to go on to, along with the place on the starter for a bolt to go thru. They match up. What the heck?

Sounds like someone forgot something or they didn't torque them properly. Make sure you get the proper replacement bolt, you don't want to strip the threads.
